they do their job and go above and beyond to satisfy the customer, when I was tring to sell my house the title came up with problems and Shannan helped me get it fixed with title company, without her help I wouldn't have known what to do...she went above and beyond. So if you are looking for Great realtors that really care Shannan Yarnick-Louder and Tim Louder are the people you want. I wouldn't go with anyone else.
