Hunter listed and sold our home in Craft Farms North, Gulf Shores, recently. We listed the home before Christmas and after only a handful of showings, we received an offer that we accepted. This is normally a tough time to sell a home, since most buyers seem to wait for spring. Hunter understood our schedule and desires and worked hard to meet our needs. The advertising was first-rate and the communication with Hunter and Amanda were timely and clear.
We closed on the sale of our beach condo on Perdido Key, FL today. Everything was very smooth. Hunter is a true professional and knows the market there very well.
