Ken is truly one of the good guys!! He is not only wonderful, but extremely professional. I am giving him all the kudo's for making this an extremely easy, smooth transition. Eddie is energetic and knowledgable. He assisted us with suggestions on staging the house for showing and open house. Eddie's expertise of the processes and timing of events is thorough as he kept us informed of important transaction dates related to the COE.

Ken is very professional. I am a CPA and I appreciate his market knowledge, his RE knowledge (from all the years as an agent) and his marketing acumen. He also has run a few businesses, which in my mind gave him a distinct advantage in understanding how to get a deal done. We had a difficult home with appreciable deferred maintenance, and he did a wonderful job of marketing it, and had many good offers. I trust his RE and business judgement. This is the second property I have worked with him on, and it won't be the last.
Jameson helped us sell our house recently and we are beyond impressed by him. Wow where do I start, Eddie is amazing, from the start of house search he took us all around the neighbor spent the whole day and viewed 7 houses. Also did couple more viewings. After all tried multiple tries and offers to different houses.
