They were exceptional.. well informed with timely information on the market factors, pricing information, staging and remodeling suggestions. They were responsive and made full use of Web Based communications so as to expedite the steps in the sale and the necessary, voluminous paperwork required by law. As evidence of these compliments, our home sold in one week at full price and the escrow process was clean and crisp.
This is the second time I have worked with David and Erika. They were very helpful and knowledgeable in the process of getting our house ready for sale. They consistently kept in touch and often spent time in stores and suppliers as we decided on interior and exterior finishes and updates. It is a pleasure to work with them.
