Lance did a great job both selling one house and finding us / buying a new house. He's extremely knowledgable about the Deltona, Orange City, Deland area and works with his client to meet their needs. He's also helped friends of ours sell their homes. We Highly recommend Lance.
Lance McKinnon is shoddy. Held up my purchase into the next year due to trying to cheat about the roof. Before viewing home first time, I asked about the roof, A/C, and Septic fields -we were told the roof had been 'done' in 2010. Hurricane hit Sept, owner claimed & was paid by end of Sept, I looked at and had home inspected in November, Roof should have already been done esp due to no other real updates to the home. Worst service ever. Contract was not throughly explained, was rushed through, and never received selling contract until closing. I'm saddened to say as happy as I was to sell my house, I leave with a bitter taste in my mouth that through the process I was ignored and tricked into selling at a lower price so they could sell to a family member. Michelle slithered her way into this sale and this company has lost my faith in remax forever.
