Grant is a great Realtor. He was constantly on the job for my wife and I in helping us find the house that met all of our criteria. He put forth a lot of effort in putting together searches on his own, and took our own searches to heart and did a lot of work to put together a packet of information for us. I have already recommended him to all my friends... He is not push or focused on the sale he is focused on you and making sure you get the home you want. He is exactly what a Realtor should be.

My wife and I put Grant to work looking at a several of houses in the area of Redlands and East Highland. He has lived in the area a long time and was very helpful. He gave us tips on what to avoid and his prior experience in architecture was a huge plus. I'm grateful that he was on top of the paperwork and guided us through the whole process. He is an honest man, and cares about making his customers happy. I would definately use him again!

Mr. Bascom has assisted my wife and I in purchasing three properties and in selling one property. I will use him again and again. Above all, he is an honest person. He responded to our questions and issues often within minutes. My family and I needed to move to Redlands from out of state and were referred to Grant by a family friend. We had him check on several places for us until we found the perfect place. He was great to work with and helped us understand the the entire process. If I am fortunate to establish a career here in Redlands I will definitely use Grant again to assist us in buying a home.

Janine, by far, has been the best realtor we have ever worked with. She is attentive, responsive, and never said "no", "I'm busy", or made an excuse not to show us houses. So...when we decided to sell, it was the obvious choice. Janine. I would recommend her any day!
