Brenda marketed our home very well. We had lots of showings. She was very knowledgeable and helped us through every step of selling our home and also, purchasing a new home. We will definitely be referring her to our friends and family.

I enjoy dealing with Brenda, She is always very helpful, with detail I never even thought about. She gave me answers about the locations, real estate market, and told me what to expect. We are a military family and needed to sell our home on short notice. Brenda was not only able to sell our home in less than 90-120 days, she also sold it very near to our asking price. Through out the entire process she gave updates in regards to potential buyers....We always knew she was working to meet our goals. Even though she had other customers, we felt as though she worked exclusively for our family. It was a great experience!
When I decided to first put my house on the market, I was trying to save a few dollars in the sale and went with a do-it-yourself kind of real estate agency. Brenda was a amazing, both my husband were deployed in Afghanistan when we began to too look for our house. A really good friend recommended her and said we would not be disappointed and he was right! Brenda, took videos of the houses and sent them to us via email. Great, fast, efficient. She sold my house 2 years ago when I moved to the DC area so this is my second time with her and satisfied both times. First person i thought to call when was decided i was moving back to the San Antonio area. She looked for exactly what I wanted and gave great advice on places she did not think were up to par. She took plenty of pictures for me and I found the perfect place all before I even made it to town.

Brenda is very professional and an excellent realtor. I had a great experience and my home sold quickly-within a matter of months. She responded to all correspondence in a timely manner. I was stationed in MO and had to sell my house using emails, text messages and emails. Brenda made it easier to sell my house by staying on top of things. She answered all my questions and was there step by step through the entire process. I would definitely recommend her to everyone!!!
