Brenda was extremely helpful in our search for a home in the Schertz/Cibolo area. She took time to listen to our needs and showed us a number of homes in a short period of time. Once we found one we liked, she was very helpful in advising us on making a competitive offer. She was right there with us through the closing and after. Brenda took time out of her busy schedule to help us negogiate with our HOA when issues came up with selling our house. I would definitely use her again if I were buying a new house.

Yes, you should use Brenda as your realtor. She's great. She knows the area, helped us price our house right, and was always very punctual. Brenda is also extremely well connected. She knows the people in the business, and called in more than one favor to expedite our ambitious timeline. She got our house under contract in 4 days, closed in 33, and we made good money. We'll be back.

I highly recommend Brenda if you are looking to buy a home in the Schertz/Cibolo area. We currently live in South Carolina and did the majority of our home search/home buying process from here. We worked with Brenda initially and then Trevor from her team. We were upset that Brenda had encouraged us to offer full price on a home when she'd sent us a seller disclosure she apparently didn't read; the house (less than 10 years old) already had extensive foundation work done and there was no way we were interested.
