Brenda was great. She delivered on all expectations. Our family situation had a lot going on, including 2 job changes, 2 kids' school changes, a 1700 mile relocation, etc., which made the time frame of our sale a little hectic. Brenda is a terrific realtor. She helped with finding and buying a new home. She was always available and listened to every detail, providing lists of houses that fit the criteria we gave her. I found Mrs. Mullen on-line and decided to go with her for purchase of my first home because of her advertisement as it relates to assisting military members. Hind sight is always 20/20 and I recall a statement about how she thought I was going to be a "picky client" because of the list of houses she sent me I had picked seven. When I look back on that transaction, I have a very different story that involves me dealing with the other agent extensively for your behalf, to include after the sale. According to the inspection there isn't anything about a leaking HVAC. I am not a licensed inspector and would not have known that there were leaks or mold. The inspector was chosen by you.
