Brenda is a phenomenal, she listened and understood our concerns and needs. Brenda renewed our trust in realtors. She is very honest, upfront, does not sugar coat and has a great sense of humor. The home did not sell in 2015. But Brenda went above and beyond in selling the home the 2nd time around. The right buyer showed up and sold it for a price I can live with. What would have been stressful; she made it simple and easy. To her it was just an adventure. She took care of it even when I was out of town. I highly recommend her. Liliana was extremely helpful in searching for our first home in a short period. Since our baby was only 4 months, I usually searched houses online and emailed her to make appointments in the evening or at night, but she was highly responsive. She was also patient and flexible with our changing schedules. Most importantly, you can trust her. We could save money when we made an offer thanks to her advice. Brenda was truly a blessing when we found her on Zillow. We were 1st time home buyers and there was a lot of questions that Google couldn't answer. She was always very responsive when called, texted or emailed and you never felt as you weren't important.
