Brenda made our experience so wonderful and easy. She’s a very down to earth person and so knowledgeable. Anytime we needed her she was there no matter the time, Her expertise and professionalism were outstanding. My favorite experience with her was the day we took the pictures of our home to list it. She was right there front and center helping us move stuff around and making sure everything was great!

My experience looking for a home was made better because I worked with Mrs. Herd. She is very professional and very on top of everything. She was there to explain everything thing to me, no matter how little. She helped me work through issues when I was ready to give up. Always with a smile and a cheerful attitude. Once the house was purchased, I expected to never hear from her again but imagine my surprise to see that she still was checking to make sure everything was good even though her job was done.

Working with Brenda was a great experience. She showed us homes in different areas and was very knowledgeable about the areas. She is very prompt in responding to calls and emails. We greatly appreciated the care and concern she had for us in dealing with some issues regarding the seller/ closing.

Brenda was able to work with us from a long distance (Maryland) and get everything done in a hurry. I will be recommending her to all of the people I know moving down to Texas, but if you are looking to a local expert make sure Brenda is your first(probably only) call when looking for homes!
