I am being told my the Knoxville RE BATH, my shower installation is according manufacturer specs and code. The most notable specs and code is where the floor truss had about 10” removed. But, according to RE BATH experts. I am lucky there was a closet wall under the bottom part of the web truss to land on. yes that’s sarcasm. Very overpriced! Spent $12,000 and was not pleased with the final product. To do the project took long than the two day promise and follow up took months to get finally addressed. Shower spicket was sub standard resulting in rust coming out of it and the shower door leaked and had to be adjusted four times over three months. I would not recommend this company to anyone and suggest that anyone looking for a bathroom remodel look elsewhere.
RE-BATH IS A RIP-OFF! We spent $15,000 with Re-Bath to remodel an 8'x10' bathroom in 2015. Two years later the floor around the toilet has become discolored and disgusting. When I contacted Re-Bath in Aug 2017 to look at the floor and they insisted on $75.00 to make a house call and $75.00 an hour after arrival because a year had passed since the install.
