Rudy is excellent. He approached the job as I requested by doing exploratory to locate the mold. He checked for dampness with the meter. So minimal it almost did not register. He drilled, sprayed. I placed mothballs in the walls and Damp-rid in the area. Smell is diminishing. If it comes back we have already set a second plan in place to do a more aggressive approach. Thank you Rudy!
The only reason I would not recommend this service is that I have learned to never recommend services to family or friends.
RC and His associate Tony did a great job, worked until the door on my outdoor shed reconstruction was hung correctly, redid the trim to proper sizing. Both RC and Tony were helpful, cleaned up the area when the job was finished and offered to come back and check waterproofing in the winter if necessary. I am pleased with the work they did.
They did a great job fixing various small problems we had around the house.
The work was performed on time and I was satisfied with the cost, but I was left with a lot of gutter debris to clean up, my garden hoses strung across the yard, and my waste can on my deck. I think that they could have done a much better job of cleaning up after themselves.

I am not pleased. I asked for a copy of the receipt that Rudy used to buy the grab bars that he installed. He blew it off and would not comply with my request. I looked up the price of the materials and found that Rudy charged me $95 for materials that only cost $75, including tax. His service call was very high - $125. Rudy was lusting over an antique car that is in my garage. He said I should place it on Craig's List and it would sell. total material was 95 as she needed 2 2x 4 at 15 dollars plus bars at 75 she did not ask a copy till one week later had to go to home depot and install 2.5 hrs 2 men she a great deal she did a nice car
Disappointed in the quality of the overall work. Was on time and material. Many solutions done with liquid nails, not a good solution. Provided some good input on tile floor.
Rudy is experienced handyman, knows his job
Ramin was very friendly. Cleaned up as he went. I now have a handyman for all of my projects down the road.
