Rudy responded fast and arrived/or called as scheduled. We knew he was on the job! Evaluated the situation and completed the job fast. We had to change our original plans on how to do it - but end result was the same! Great working with this company and fair in his pricing. Would hire him again for another job as needed.

he did not have mold in the house only pet stain all over sub floor he did not follow advice that was to paint and seal floor but in the end no smell
Disrurbing unsafe practices; poor workmanship ; they drive off with lumber I had paid for but didn't use, I had to threaten them before they returned the lumber ; installed extetior blinds unevenly, did not cover patio doors evenly on both sides; also blinds installed do that It partially covered porch lights ; unsightly! They don't know what they're doing and were dropping lumber from top of ladders

They diagnosed the problem well. The fix was pricey and could have done a nicer job with the finish.

I was given an estimate, which almost doubled when workers came to clear gutters and roof. Their method was to blow the gutters and roof clean, but they blew against the shingles, causing shingles to fly off. The debris fell randomly on plants around the house. I had to remind them to clean up, which was done incompletely. They were not going to run water in the gutters and when reminded also did not complete this process. Charged 175.00 This is 1/2 what other contractors wanted. Took 3 hrs 2 men to clean the roof. It was not cared for in a long time. The roof was soft and singles were falling off a with a leaf blower. It was like a forest. The first light wind or rain will leave the place in same condition. Ran water down spouts little good it did. What a mess to much tree and landscape even her gardener wanted nothing to do with it.
