Work was completed correctly and in a timely manner.
They came right away to quote the job, and kept in touch by phone about scheduled time to do the work. Their people were up to the task and went beyond the time they had estimated without asking for more compensation.

Rudy was very courteous, explained things well and was flexible with timings. However of course talks a lot and seemed a bit expensive (but can't say given my first experience and hopefully the last)
He was prompt and did everything I asked of him. He was reasonably priced.
Everything went well as far as replacement of faucets. The only differences were a change in price quoted and day and time when service person could come out.
