The guys that came were very pleasant to work with. However I felt they were not sufficiently prepared (lacked required tools) or experienced to do the work. Working together we accomplished the task, however I feel if I had not been there to supervise and help, I would have been unhappy with the final result.

Service was great. Friendly and seemed to know alot about carpets. The only problem was that his machine flooded on the last room and he couldn't get it started again. He ended up coming back the next day, which was an inconvience but he cleaned three area rugs for free for the trouble.
They did a fair job, nothing outstanding.

Very prompt & courteous. We out of their way to be sure everything was completed to my satisfaction.
RC and his crew do their very best at all they do...and they do that extra needed so the job comes out good. It is helpful for them if oversight can be provided on a regular basis to resolve any questions or issues that arise as the work progress. RC and his guys have a very 'can-do' attitude for the many work/skill aspects of the project.
Resonable time cost and follow up
Seemed to be very knowledgable about numerous minor repairs, or able to bring his friends with different area of expertise. Forthcoming with realistic diagnostics of water leaking problems, and followed up on getting the repair done properly.
