I needed walls and ceiling cleaned in an apartment I was going to be painting. They came out and after I showed him what I needed we agreed on a price and he started. I had some stuff left in the apartment from the tenant and when they had finished cleaning they had time and moved things out for me. They washed over tape and thumb tacks instead of removing them & did not wipe down edges of cabinets when the water ran down. Good work for the money needs to pay attention to the details. 10 people lived in this unit for 10 years this needed more than just a wash it needed major rehab tons of tape millions of items left in this unit carried 500 lbs of furniture down to the street took me 2 weeks to recover did not charge him for it

Rudy is a good guy, helped me out immediately, offered a cheaper solution to paint the garage walls after patching up the drywall with mud and then fixing cracks on the concrete floor and painting it with epoxy and sprinkles. Looks decent and thats what I wanted. Was a bit surprised when he asked for the dumping fees when he hauled away our trash because we discussed that was included. But I didn't care - it was about $35 and he split it with me. I felt it was reasonable.
It turns out that we needed a mold cleanup not mold remediation. The mold was removed and sealant applied. While at our home Ruldy also noticed a leak in our celing. It turns out the pipes had gotten clogged. He and his partner cleaned out the system and probably saved us from a major disaster. They were very reasonable and we would highly recommend them again.
I was very disappointed with the actual work.

Great Service and Honesty in approach and work !!! Work turned out to be Mold Clean Up and not remediation as I suspected !! Work done and Problem Solved !!!! Fast !!! And at a Tremendous Cost Savings, when compared to other quotes !!!! Rudy also cleaned my Large Oriental throw rug at a Great price !!! We would highly recommend Rudy, and RC Carpet and Floor to any one and plan on using him again for other projects !!!!!!
