I have nothing but GREAT things to say about this practice, despite the surprising low reviews listed here. What I love most is that they understand that they are working for YOU. I’ve been able to express my concerns, questions, and even anxieties about anything my child needs regarding adhd and stimulants, and it’s been nothing but support, guidance, and encouragement. Despite the reviews from 3-4 years ago I heard good things about Dr. Brandi. So I proceeded with my appointment. Yes I was on a waitlist for some time but when you need help you’re willing to wait and when I finally spoke with her she weighed her options before prescribing a stimulant. She was patient and understanding! And I look forward to speaking with her again in the future.
This women had the worst bedside manner I have ever experience when it comes to children and adults. BEWARE. If you can find another place to go I would because she doesn't care about you or your child.
Do not schedule your child with this office! Staff are never reachable by phone or voicemail. The front desk receptionist(older black lady) schedule my child an appointment on a day that the office would be closed. I called for an entire week trying to find out the appointment time; finally on the day before the appointment the receptionist answered.
