My husband and I just bought our first Mercedes from RBM and are exstatic! Ramona Razavi provided us with excellent service from the time we walked in the door the first time to our closing on the deal a few weeks later. We bought a 2013 smart from Fabian Tafur. When we went in for the 30000 mile service, Fabian said you gotta drive the 2016 smart; you will appreciate it. I did And said I gotta have it. But at that time we couldn't reach a deal. Later Fabian was able to put together a deal after much Effort on his part. Thanks Fabian!
I just bought my first car at RBM of Alpharetta and it was easiest purchase ever because of Dan Berry. Dan helped us out sooooo much and worked very hard to make my car look gorgeous for the time I picked it up! I just purchased another vehicle from Dan Berry today. We have purchased a number of cars from RBM North and each time Dan has been excellent to work with. This was by far the most pleasant, easy car buying experience of my life! My husband surprised me with a trip to RBM of Alpharetta our 33rd Anniversary last Saturday. We were greeted by a witty, enthusiastic young salesman, Fabian Tafur. He was well informed, and very professional . There was no-pressure. Final price was exactly as negotiated.
