Kudos to Andy Sayers and RBM of Alpharetta. I was able to transition from the lease of my CLA45 AMG into a 2017 GLC300 Coupe in less than 3 hours. Such a great deal Andy is the best. No haggle and a win win - the GLC is loaded and the lease is great value. Everyone at RBM was fantastic.
We had the best experience with Fabian Tafur. He honestly made sure everything was taken care of. Even after we purchased the car there were 2 small interior things we noticed and he had us schedule and the problem taken care of within a week. Dan Berry found us the perfect Certified Pre-owned Mercedes and we know that Teresa Cox, our service advisor, will take great care of it. I have been working with Fabian Tafur for over a year, waiting for, and then trying to find the right C43. Fabian is a great guy to work with, never exerts any pressure, and is always ready to inform. I finally found my C43 and he made me a great deal!!!
Fabian and the team guided me through the purchase process from 200 miles away, and the vehicle was exactly as described. Once arriving at the dealership, we went through the normal vehicle review process and test drive to ensure it met my needs and wants. If only other dealerships operated with that level of customer service. Fabian has made himself available to answer my post-purchase questions. It was definitely worth the drive to find great service and the perfect car.
