Stay away. . This place is not any sort of "care" or rehab at all. . I went here seeking help for Kratom/7oh withdrawal. . These are the only substances I have used in a decade, I have chronic pain and medical issues and was on prescription opiates for 15+ years followed by Suboxone for six or seven years. . I absolutely love this place! I have been coming here for years and love the staff and doctors. Also to anyone who uses walgreens without insurance, look up single care coupons. Huge savings on some if the medication options. My meds are usually 150 and now I get the for around 45 to 50!
This place is more than just med management for sure!! I have healed from so many years of trauma with the providers here! Highly recommend!
So I got a written warning about drug screening being dirty but I requested numerous times to have them sent bc they are false positive and they still trying to say I failed and that 2 of the 3 wasn't sent off to the lab. So they discharged me bc of it and now I'm doing with out and they won't send me the toxicology report I must go in sns sign but they can send me the discharge papers and doc told me that he was gonna wait on the results before discharging
