Haven’t receive so much of a sorry for the hold up. But i have the inventors instagram so spam his dm so we can either get our durags or get our money back.
worst customer service i’ve NOT had the pleasure of dealing with. ordered some rags a month ago and still nothing. i call the number on their page and they never answer. All i need is an email or call saying “hey we’re pretty backed up” or whatever the case is but nothing? Seriously? Guess who’s getting reported to BBB? This joke of a company. Gonna go through a third party seller instead of dealing directly with them.
Shipping is horrible. Says two weeks and takes months.
This is the worst online company ever! I placesed a order with this company on April 7 I may have been a little premature in emailing them after 8 days but normally you would receive a tracking number by then so I gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking they may be busy it is almost 20 days later and I have yet to receive a tracking number but they say they sent out alot of orders last week and still nothing! I just want my package... it’s been 3 weeks and i haven’t gotten an email regarding my package. At this point I’m just annoyed.

I wish I could put something good about them but its been a whole week since i order some du rags and every time I call they forever talking about they're gone look up my order and give you a call back. Haven't received one call back. never again will I deal with razac..
Finishing creme is excellent hair product I love it!!! Currently it is hard to find at my regular hair supply locations. A clerk in one store in Willingboro said Razac is going out of business? I didn't believe, I did find 4 ozs jars at Sally's.
