Customer service is worse than anything I've experience in online ordering in my entire life. I've been ordering online for at least 15 years and never had an order status stuck on processing for 2 week. (11 business days total so far). I mentioned that my order was well beyond the 3-5 days for processing and didn't get a response to my email. I don't have my order and I won't be ordering from them again. I'll do whatever I can to make sure others don't end up giving away their hard earned money just to be stuck processing.
I’ve waited 3 weeks and still nothing from them every time I check to see what’s going on my order is always “processing” and it seems like they’re not going by first come first serves I have a friend of mind from the same state as me and he ordered more durags than me and ordered after me and he’s getting his order before me� I promise once I get these durags I’ll never order from them again
I ordered 4 durags on the July 13th and I still haven’t got them I didn’t get an email or anything about them
Been waiting on my durags forever and still its “processing”. Either send my money back or send me the product.

Not the type of person to do this cause I’m pretty patient but it’s about to make a whole month that I’m waiting on some rags� I’m spending 50 bucks I’m expecting to receive it when it says. Order still says processing sent em a email and still no response � don’t buy from here unless you okay with waiting a month or longer for your packages.

Horrible shipping. Ordered durags on the 14th of June. Its 10 July and product is still processing? Horrible service.
their customer service is awful and their ghetto. It's been MONTH and we still ain't have our order STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!
