I placed an order 4 weeks ago, still have received nothing. I have tried to call pretty much every day to check in the status of my order and to see if it had been shipped out yet because my account has already been charged and the phone just rings and rings no one answers. It’s frustrating because since no one wants to answer the phone and my order was placed more than 7 days ago I can’t get my money back and I STILL have not received my order. This is ridiculous.
Nobody picks up at your 1-800 number. You took my son's money somehow from his debit card. He never got any of your products or invoice for anything. Scammed!!!!
Nothing, because I Ordered some products six months ago and I also paid more than $200 dls , for nothing; they charged me for it but they never send me anything. So far I still waiting for my money back, I call and they don’t answer. I have evidence about what I’m saying . I just want my money back or a least the products. If someone from Razac Products Company see this post , please contact me ASAP. Thank you
Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Should’ve read the comments first before placing a order. Can’t even get a email back or for anyone to pick up the phone. I’m pretty patient but man this is ridiculous! It’s been bout 4 weeks since I ordered my rags.
This company doesn’t respond to emails, doesn’t answer their phone calls and doesn’t communicate at all. I’ve been waiting for over 3 weeks for my product and it’s still processing. I have already made my payment they have all my information and yet nothing. I wouldn’t recommend this company to no one. They’re very unprofessional and I will never do business with them again. I’m literally about to call my bank and get the payment reversed what a waste of time this is just sad.
I haven't recieved my durags and it has been 20 days working days ( ordered on Jun 14).I have also called your phone number with no response. This is very unprofessional from you considering that I haven't received a response letting me know y'all are going to be late on my shipment.
This company is a scam!! I ordered products close to a month ago and never received them. And have gotten the run around when calling them. This is a shame.
RecommendedThe rags are tip top so I recommend. . .BUT - We all can read the length of time to process and deliver. What we have a hard time understanding is why it takes so long. Our money is cashed, but no word from Razac. The process takes entirely too long. What would help? Needs to be 3 days to process (my money was cashed within 3 days); needs to be 5 days to deliver max. It's America! It's not coming from Europe and through customs. This would help.
I ordered three durags which I never received. It’s pretty unprofessional not to reach out to others if you are having trouble keeping your word. This is very disappointing.
