Order takes forever just to process, I’ve been waiting three weeks and it still hasn’t finished, and they take the money out as soon as you order. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

you guys need to improve everything ...its about to be a month since I ordered and it's still "processing" ? NO other store/company takes this long at all ...yes I understand you guys were closed until January 4th but that is still no excuse to why I didn't get my stuff yet....i should've been got my stuff and now it is 12 days late smh

Terrible service. ordered December first and I'm still in "Processing" at December 10th when you immediately took my money. I spent $50 for your products. This is what makes it hard to support black business. I will be filing a complaint with the Better business bureau sometime today if I get no results.

Worst service and staff ive wver done business with! waited 3 weeks and every person i talked to gave different excuses. Asked to a manager he happens to always "not be in the office" or "stepped outside" for hours. Rude AF and threatened to hang up on me and to stop calling and that when the order will get shipped when they are ready! And yeah...SHE DID HANG UP ON ME! The stupid rude lady is named BINDA ext #105. They dont even have seperate departments like the phone makes it seem. There excuses are dumb and unprofessional... read more
