I selected Ray's Emergency Air Conditioning and Heating after three estimates; theirs was second. Roland was professional, personable and, true to company motto "Honest above reproach". Family and folks who know me IRL are aware that I acknowledge and encourage importance of the vibe which escapes definition by words, but is vitally important in any situation..that "gut" feeling. Honest folks and a business with integrity!
Ray's look at my AC system and told me I did not need to replace it with some $15k system like 'Say number 1' , (name changed to protect the guilty), tells people. A good tune-up and filter change and I'm back in business. Thanks Ray's
