Our HVAC units were 15 years old. When one finally decided to give out in the middle of Summer, we thought we would have to pay "Summer prices" for one and then wait to get a better price on the other in the Winter. Rowland came out personally and carefully explained their systems and gave us a great price that made it easy to decide to go ahead with the purchase of two units. Excellent company to do business with! The installation crew was professional & courteous. They replaced 2 very large units in 1 day. Plus had small window units to keep main areas comfortable during the install.
My mother-in-law was in desperate need of an inside/outside unit for her home in Rockwall. Roland was very nice and provided a proposal she could not refuse. His crew came out the next day, they were very courteous and did an excellent job. She will recommend Ray's in the future! I plan on having my outside unit replaced within the next week or two and will definitely be going with Ray's...
Reuben came today and looked at my HVAC, let me watch everything he did and explained what he was doing every step of the way. Very professional, and had all the parts we needed to get cool air back into my house. Amazing service and great price! I will be calling this company again, for sure. Thanks so much!!
My experience was awesome. Friendly and knowledgeable technician, Johnny Torres took the time and explained exactly what the job consisted of. I would highly recommend using this company, you won't be disappointed.
