Recommendedthey made me love my car again.
Awesome experience! Had a slight brush with a security gate (gate’s “blocked entry” sensor failed - and scraped a 3500 dually! How do ya miss sensing something so big?!). Anyway - James and his crew were able to buff the black paint off my truck while I waited! So friendly, professional, and caring. Great experience and very reasonable price for a job well done! Thanks, James!
Ok. I will admit it. My vehicles and I have an undeniable attraction to stationary objects in parking lots. I have had body work done on two different vehicles at Ray's (these were more than 10 years apart...just saying). Both times the repairs were excellent! Customer service is excellent. I took the vehicle in on Monday and had it back Thursday afternoon. They washed it and even vacuumed the inside! I would highly recommend Ray's to anyone needing work done in Knoxville. I just hope I don't need them any time soon! 😃

A shout out to Ray's Auto Body. I was rear-ended a couple of weeks ago and James, Mickey, and the perfectionist John knocked it out of the park. The insurance wanted less than perfect parts, but keeping their integrity, they would not settle. Christine (aka my Chevy Truck) is beautiful. Thanks again guys. Check them out next time you need auto body repairs.
Highly Recommended Rays did an excellent job repairing my car. Everyone there is very nice. They had my car finished on the day they promised. I am extremely picky, and was very satisfied with their work.

I am extremely picky, and was very satisfied with their work. I find it humorous that people would give them a bad rating because they turned down their job. If everyone would admit to what they could handle at that point in time....... Maybe all things would be finished on time!!
Very Happy with them I had repairs done on my minivan and they did an excellent job, and were very prompt. I am actually going to be a repeat customer thanks to someone's trailer dumping onto the road in front of me and the load hitting my van. I will update after that repair as well.
NOt impressed This is where a insurance of a man who hit my car made me go, the car was towed because he had hit the front wheel area while it was parked. They did their estimate and decided I needed to go else where. It turned out the transmission was drained of fluid, no leak was found a Firestone that evening when they had to refill it to get the car to shift. I would not recommend Ray's
