RecommendedI was taken care of immediately...Mickie, the office manager, is a dynamo...kept me in the loop...answered all my questions.. The sevice I received doesn't exist anymore...but it does at "Ray's".
They have it all, experience, quality work and top notch service.
After being rear ended I wanted to go somewhere that I was confident would have my Jeep looking good as new. Ray’s completely outdid themselves. They were timely, friendly and their price beat the competition by hundreds. They exceeded my expectations so much so that I would recommend them to everyone for any auto body needs!

Everyone at Ray's was amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure my car was repaired properly, even when the insurance company made it difficult for them. The repair looks fantastic, and was completed even faster than I expected. While we hope to not need a body shop again any time soon, we are glad to know that we have such an awesome one if we do! Sending a HUGE thank you to Miss Mikki for putting up with way too many phone calls from me, and to everyone there for doing such a fantastic job.

Awesome experience! Had a slight brush with a security gate (gate’s “blocked entry” sensor failed - and scraped a 3500 dually! How do ya miss sensing something so big?!). Anyway - James and his crew were able to buff the black paint off my truck while I waited! So friendly, professional, and caring. Great experience and very reasonable price for a job well done! Ok. I will admit it. My vehicles and I have an undeniable attraction to stationary objects in parking lots. I have had body work done on two different vehicles at Ray's (these were more than 10 years apart...just saying). Both times the repairs were excellent! Customer service is excellent. I took the vehicle in on Monday and had it back Thursday afternoon. They washed it and even vacuumed the inside! I would highly recommend Ray's to anyone needing work done in Knoxville. I just hope I don't need them any time soon! 😃
