I've purchased flooring from this place twice in the last two months, and I can say with confidence that you should avoid dealing with a guy named Jason at all costs. My first order was for three boxes of floors initially, which - come to find out from my floor installer upon opening - one box was damaged from their fork lift. My installer said it wasn't a big deal, just to take it back to Rayo and they would credit me.
