We had two Raynor garage doors installed on our new home in 2013. The paint on both doors is now failing. Dealer contacted Raynor and warranty is no longer valid. Very disappointed. They should last longer than 11 years. I had two cheaper doors installed on a detached garage the same time and the paint is perfect on those.
Doors are ok but company is shady about warranty and for the price i shouldnt have had to get 2 doors warrantied. Quality is going downhill and after 20+ years I wont buy another Raynor door.
We have been working with Raynor Garage Doors for 20 years. They are one of the MOST helpful, upbeat and professional companies around. I just had these new Raynor Garage Doors installed at my home. I must say that I am very happy with the quality of the product and the install. My one warning is to order the color chip before going ahead with the project. As you can see from the photo, when I ordered "Bronze" I was expecting the color on the left. What I got is on the right. Two coats of paint solved the problem but it was more work than I planned on. All that said, I would not hesitate to purchase Raynor in the future.
