Excellent door! The installer, Arthur, was here right on time and did an outstanding job of installation. He also repaired the opener button that is inside the house. Recommended!
$19,500 for 3 doors and they are still inoperable. There is one technician that had zero clue on how to hook up the closers. Did not even have the right type of equipment to do the job. He had to borrow ours when he was there. Only received five remotes, not six. All the weather stripping installed. Looks like it fell off the truck and then was installed .Have been told several times people are coming and no shows. Was supposed to be a two-day job and now it's been 2 weeks.
The guy installing doors for Raynor lets them fly off a truck on route 2 into traffic and refused to go pick them up! Terrible service, would not recommend these doors to anyone.
