Dr. Collins is awesome and I recommend her highly. I will still go there to see her. However, do not order contacts through the store. I was seen 16 days ago and paid for a year's supply of contacts and was told I would be called in 5 days, when they were in. I received no phone call. My husband called after 10 days and was told my contacts were in. He went to pick them up today, 15 days after the appointment and the contacts were NOT in and only a trial pair was ordered. I just got my Wood and Gold eyeglasses back and it's damaged and the store in New Rochelle is taking no ownership for cracking my expensive eyeglasses. On top of this to be called a liar by the store manager is incomprehensible. When I brought my glasses into the store to have the lens replaced, the frame had one crack and the manager looked at it and said she would ask if they would be able to do replace the lens.
