The surgery went fine but Dr Kilgore and his office treated me like a second thought, not worth their time. He was curt and barely made time to answer my questions. I didn't see him once after surgery, no one checked my wound. I didnt know when I was getting discharged until this after guy at 5pm said time to go home. I had no scheduled post-operative appointment, I had no physical therapy order when I went home after surgery.

The office staff and Physicians Assistants are very helpful. Getting a hold of them is difficult because they are very busy, but they do get back to you. I can't say enough for the front office staff: professional and very sweet. Dr Koch is very straight forward and Rus Gustofson is very generous with his time, understanding and gentle. We are lucky to hve them in Humboldt.

We are so fortunate to have specialists of such superior skill in our small community. I felt able to ask all my questions and they were answered in a way I could understand. I felt confident going in for my first ever surgery and that's saying a lot. I think trust is import in health care. I had my rotator cuff repair approximately 6 years ago and I am very glad I did. I highly recommend Dr. Koch
