RecommendedFirst time here. Dr Sun was great, friendly, and explained everything throughout process. Offered a higher quality option at an affordable price. I’ve never had a dentist come get me from the waiting room, introduce themselves, and go over reason for visit. Usually you just meet the Dr that you never seen before immediately before they start drilling. I really appreciate the introduction beforehand and quality work. Offered to come back with any concerns or issues with bite found after after leaving office.
Efficiency and Clear Communication. They opened a credit account for my husband without his permission. My husband had two appointments and was kept over two hours at both waiting for equipment to become available. Very poor experience.
I had been to 4 different dentist offices in the past 1.5 years. But they were all about sales pitch things . My main focus was an abscess I’ve had for 2 years. This office didn’t try to sell things they focused on the important treatment of the abscess that needed to be done. This was the best dentist office hands down! From beginning to the end I can’t say enough great things! I highly recommend this office. I will never go anywhere else.
Everything! Dr. Alexander is very professional, explains everything very clearly and made this nervous dental patient very very happy! The staff is excellent and everyone very kind. I am, for the first time in my 79 years, actually looking forward to my next visit! Thanks!

Love Dr. Alexander!! Followed her from old office to Rayford. Longer drive but so well worth it! She is smart, kind and funny!! Everyone that works there is so helpful!! I trust Dr A with my 13 yr old as well. She tells her the truth about how to take care of her teeth and gums NOW!! She is just AWESOME!!
I was very pleased with the staff and it was a great first visit.
If I could give 10 stars I would. This was my first visit there and I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in. That first impression is what sets the tone. Everyone I had any interaction with were patient, kind and showed a sincere interest in me.... and my teeth. Thanks Dr. A and John and IBeth and Chelsea. I’ll see y’all in a couple of weeks when I come back for my root canal. 😬
