I went to this shop with an overheating problem. I dropped my car off. He text me the next morning saying this. (Hey there your car has an intermittent short to cooling fan that needs to be repaired and coolant system needs to be flushed also.Parts and labor $450.Car should be ready for pick at 12 pm today.) I get there, pick up my car, and head back home. I was only in Virginia beach for a short vacation. The heat shield on my lowered car was falling off. Called Rayalls and he offered same day service! We ended up taking the car in on a Sunday at 8:30am. Gave us a window to have the car done between 9:30am and 10:30am. Car was fixed up perfect and we were on the road by 10:30am! Highly recommend this shop! Nice staff and good prices!
Was in VA Beach from the Richmond area when my car died. The battery was dead, but with no tools, I had it towed to Rayalls on Saturday evening. They confirmed my battery was ok, but the alternator was toast. I had my car back early Sunday evening, and at a reasonable price! Car repair isn’t free. I’d recommend them to anyone. Honest & fair!
Had my truck's AC back up and running in one evening. Very flexible and helpful. Can't recommend him enough.
