Ralene, treated my wife 's feet today, we were amazed at how gentle and thorough she was, very knowledgeable and helpful, has to be the best in home foot care in Victoria..
This service has been incredibly helpful for my grandparents as they are aging. They are private folks who are hesitant to have people in their home, but they have really warmed up to their practitioner and now enjoy their regular visits for foot care. It takes a huge weight off my shoulder as a caregiver to have this aspect of their care looked after so well.
Raylene did my mom's foot care for years; and mom was always delighted before her appointments that she got to see Raylene again. Raylene was always great with my mom and her feet looked so healthy!
Raylene, an LPN, may do good work, but I was distressed to learn that even though I explained that my father who is 95 and has Alzheimer's may not remember he has an appointment with her 5 minutes after I remind him and may, therefore, not be around when she arrives, that she would still charge him 50% of her usual fee. If his doctor and denturist can make allowances for this, and not charge for missed appointments, why can't she? She says she provides compassionate care, but this is not it.
