The staff is completely clueless. Our name was at the top of the waiting list and we watched several people get seated before us. This has happened three or four times. When I spoke up, the host staff looked at me with a blank stare. I would NOT recommend Ray Js.
This place is AWESOME. I am trying to get my family there to check out the wings
The food tasted great but disappointed in the filet mignon
Service was not good, if she would have just cracked a smile or made eye contact it would have made the experience less painful... Not a fan based on her personality, food was ok.
The spinach dip and nachos were gross. The wings looked good. Then my card was never returned to me by my server nor mailed to be management. I live an hour away and now must get a new debit card because my card was hijacked. Pay with cash
I love the environment of this place. Service was very friendly and quick. The appetizer quesadilla was super cheesy and delicious. I ordered the fettuccine Alfredo with chicken, the sauce and noodles were good. But the chicken tasted like it was canned and had a weird taste to it. I am a picky eater when it comes to meat so it could just be me being too picky. But my boyfriend loved his burger. I will probably come again and try something else!
