We came here for the first time being told it was very good but I'd have to say over all this was a one star place service was very slow and the waitress never really came back at all the food came out fast but again I'd rate that one star as well very flavorless and WAY too expensive
Great food, but a room full of open tables that are supposedly "reserved"..... been sitting here 25 minutes and NOBODY has been seated in them.......
The worst dining experience of my life. The service was terrible. The order was wrong, had to hunt down someone for silverware because our server was no-where to be found. Was seated next to 3 long tables of youth hockey players. I talked to the Hostess when we left about our experience and she could have cared less. This is a sign of poor management. The prices are way too high for what you have to put up with.
I have been to Ray J's several times over the past couple years, honestly I have never had a complaint. We have called ahead and when we arrived a booth was waiting for us. I never have dealt with a rude or clueless staff member, however tonight was by far the some of the best service ever and I would recommend getting a booth near the bar with Nicolas as your server. Was not impressed with our takeout order. They got it wrong and added things to our order that I did not ask for. Will not be visiting anytime soon.
The people were clueless. They had no idea that they had a gluten free menu. We sat for over an hour before we got our food and all we ordered was nachos. Defiantly not coming here again. Extremely disappointed.
