Well went to see about a car and the salesman was only about the commission so they ran my 6000.00 dollar check before hand and I was overdrawn at my bank for 11200.96 they still have not made it good then I get a letter saying I was denied the credit for a car they telling me I need to give the car back
Do not buy your car from here. If I could do it over again, I would go to another dealership. I love my car, but the costumer service I received after I bought it has been a joke! Everyone who helped me buy my car in October is no longer employed and the people that I have been forced to deal with are incompetent. I paid to get my personalized plate transferred to my new car and 4 months later I still don't have my registration. I was told it was in, came to the dealership and they had a new plate for me. TERRIBLE service department. I had multiple issues with the service department. I sent a detailed email to the general manager of the dealership and received NO follow up from him whatsoever. I would not recommend this dealership or service department.
Buyer beware. Bought a 2015 CX-5 on March 7, and when the sales agent was taking the dealer tag off of one of the keys he broke it. At the time I was told, "no problem. We will have another one for you when you pick up your temporary tags in a couple of days." Well a month later still no new key, and getting the run around about when it will be in. I am always satisfied with the service I receive at Ray Brandt. The service department staff is friendly and helpful. It's a pleasant experience bringing my MX-5 in for a little TLC.
