I brought my 2009 Mazda here for a diagnostic and everything was great. The service was awesome and kept me informed the entire time. However the price for parts and labor was nearly triple what I priced for other places so I did not allow them to fix it. But they were extremely helpful and nice even though they knew I wasn’t going to allow them to do the work which was very appreciated.

Absolute worst dealership I’ve ever been to! This is what I told them in the survey they sent me: Everything! Y’all didn’t wash the car well when we purchased it. There were swirls and scratches everywhere. The manager couldn’t explain the numbers to my husband in which I had to explain. The screen was cracked and a picture was taken prior to leaving, as well as an appointment for the car to be WAXED and buffed due to the TERRIBLE washing and the screen to be replaced the next Monday morning. I showed up Monday morning and they did not order the parts to replace the screen and they said they would order it that day. I waited for two hours for them to detail the car and when they finally came back, it wasn’t detailed. So I basically came home from my camping trip to drive an hour there for them to do nothing that’s not been done already! They said they would call when they got the part for the screen and schedule the buffing and waxing when I brought it in to be fixed. This was Monday and I didn’t receive any phone called the entire rest of the week. I called the next week and found out they had my part since Tuesday and scheduled to come in again. This time I insisted on getting a loaner vehicle. They called around 2 that day and said it was ready but I was unable to go then so I went first thing the next morning. Upon getting there, my car STILL was not waxed and buffed. There was dust everywhere, bugs on the mirrors still and I had to speak to a manager. The manager finally got it waxed but it came back with a scratch on the passenger mirror that I am 100% sure was not there before. Now, 20 days later after trading in my other vehicle, the finance company for which I leased my Yukon from is taking $812 out my account bc raybrant mazda failed to do their job and notify them that I no longer have that vehicle! Not to mention the fact that they have my Yukon, for which I am still paying for, obviously, on their used car lot! This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. I wouldn’t sent my enemies here!

DON’T GO HERE!! I looked at and test drive a Mazda 6 and wanted the dark blue one. We went inside to check for one and there was one in the building but it had swirl marks, surface scratches and some chips in the paint. Turned out that was the only blue one in the whole area. Taylor said he would fix everything and make it look great. I bought it and didn’t have it two days and took it to the shop to be fixed. All they did was slap some touch up paint on it and that’s it. Didn’t buff out the swirl marks or scratches. So I complained about it and they painted the drivers side doors but didn’t sand them down before hand and now you can see the indentation of the chips. There were still swirl marks and scratches so Taylor told me to bring it to him and he’d have the paint guy there fix it. They did fix the scratches from where the pin strips were removed but that’s it. Not to mention the first body shop got the inside of my car so dirty and white stuff was everywhere. The paint still looks like crap so I’m going to take it and have it professionally buffed and waxed to fix the surface damage. They will tell you anything to get you to buy a car and not follow through with promises.

Buyer Beware!!!! I will NEVER buy a car again from this dealer ship, the worst mistake ever!!! I have purchased from several different dealerships and this by far has been my worst experience in purchasing a vehicle, and have had my new car for just a little over a month and still dealing with issues from this dealership!! Not a happy customer, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE!!!!
