worst customer service ever, I received a wheel that was damaged and they wouldnt take care of me, they promised me a new wheel when they received one and every time i called they had no idea or played dumb. Then they promised me a refund for that wheel and nothing. Dont deal with these guys theyre trash. Especially Mark Chen or chin whatever his last name is. They offered credit to my next purchase and after this whole ordeal not ordering from these clowns again
A few years ago I purchased a set of Work Emotion 11R with custom pcd for my Mazda Protege. The process since ordering, fabrication in Japan and shipping to my country was practically spot on inside time frame and price was best between all the quotes I got from different companies. I will be ordering a new set of wheels for my Mustang from this guys!
Great company, communication was awesome also considered I work overseas. Shipment arrived as expected on time and I couldn't be happier with the product! This picture doesn't do the wheels justice but fitment is as good as it gets. Thanks again guys and i hope to do future business.
i ordered 19" work wheels emotion cr2p but before i ordered the wheels i talk to Mark Chin and ask the right offset for my Z because i want flush fitment he gave me 2 options...i decided to get the 19x10 +10 front and 19x11 +5 rear... when i got the wheels and fit in my z looks great, perfect fitment that i want....Mark Chin is a nice guy and a good customer service to talk to....keep up the good work Mark Chin ...awesome.....thank you so much
