Nice enough to deal with but posted wheels for sale that they didn't actually have nor could get. Sold the wheels out from under me after I paid.

Mark at Ravspec is awesome. The wheels I ordered were on backorder but he managed to pull together a set for me from different warehouses so I can have my new wheels within the week. One of the wheels was the wrong offset and Mark made replacing the wheel fast and easy. Received the correct wheel within 3 days and he paid for shipping to send the old wheel back. Great guy, my new go to for wheels.
We bought the wrong stud pattern wheels, our mistake.. spoke to ravspec and organised to pay for shipping from australia to dubai.. and lose a re stocking fee and the rest would be refunded.4 months later and a million messages that have been seen but not replied to. Ive been calling for days and no answer on the phone, international calls that is.. Pretty frustrating, if it was a cheap set of wheels it wouldnt matter but was well over 5k...
Mark really helped me out and the wheels were delivered in the time frame they stated. My overall experience with Ravspec and crew was good. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and I would definitely do business with them again in the future!
