I ordered wheels from them on 02/13/2020 From Mickey and made a 50% deposit Haven’t heard from them ever since and now the business have been closed for months and not even replying to any emails, calls or text messages I even tried to contact them on Facebook and nothing!
I've been modifying Honda's for the past 13 years and within that time frame, have ordered through most of the well known online businesses. This was by far the worst purchase experience over those 13 years. Ordered Work wheels March 7 and the money was taken immediately. Terrible customer service. Sent multiple emails and called over 25 times at various times, yet no response. Said they’d process my refund, yet waited 4+ weeks and no response. Had to go through bank and dispute the transaction. Please save your money, time and energy. Shop elsewhere!
Took my money had me thinking i had wheels being made come to find out it looks like they went out of business. CLOSE DOWN YOUR WEBSITE RAVSPEC WTF!!
Sub standard product knowledge. Communicates immediately to capture the sale, or when they think they’re in the right, but when proven wrong or problems arise, communication is dead and no response whatsoever. Thinking by not replying that I will just let $1700 slide on something useless to me, this is just the beginning. People looking to buy from these guys, don’t be like me and read the feedback!!!
I’ve been contacting this terrible company after spending 2,000 on wheels. I have emailed multiple times and called with not ONE single response. If you try calling it just rings and rings with no update or chance of someone picking up the phone. Looks like I’m going to have to get a refund with my money through PayPal now. Highly recommend never ordering through these guys.
Customer service is awful! I’m still waiting on a response about a product I have purchased and it has been since Feb. 1st since I made my first customer order from them. It is still on pending. No one answers the phone, no one responds to fb messages, and no one responds to e-mails. Very unprofessional!! I do not recommend ordering any parts from them!! I recommend ordering your wheels and other products somewhere else, where they handle their customers in a professional matter as a BUSINESS.
Seems like there's no way to contact anyone. Been looking for an update for a while and haven't been able to talk to anyone. Getting worried if I'm even getting the set of wheels I ordered or my money.
