We have been residents at The Ravines for over a year now. We rent a 3 bedroom townhouse and additional garage for storage. We are a family of 5 with two dogs. We have had a positive experience here from day one. Elizabeth, the property manager has always been accommodating and readily available. We’ve lived in a townhouse at the Ravines for a year and a half. The office staff have been congenial and helpful. Elizabeth, the property manager is wonderful and personable! Also, how often can you say that you enjoy talking to the maintenance guys, Casey and Bernie?! They’re awesome! Any concerns that we have had have been promptly addressed. We have lived here for more than a year now. Honest review. The townhome facade and interior are very nice however somewhat slapped together at least in our 3br townhome. The clubhouse though beautiful cannot be rented or used outside of business hours which make it difficult to enjoy outside of my own typical work hours. At our first lease renewal our rent was increased approximately $100 a month (an addition to the already steep $2000). The gym is accessible 24/7. The pool area is gorgeous. Wonderful management and maintenance staff!! Clean, updated apartments with all the amenities. Central location that's close to 71 too. Definitely worth the rent!
I am a current resident that lives in a building without breeze way lighting. Upon moving in I saw a couple of neighbors and asked about the lighting and they said the leasing office is aware and the lights had been out for some time. My concerns are it is extremely pitch black outside and a couple of neighbors and myself are single females walking into a pitch black breeze way at night especially when it is getting darker earlier. Great property. Great experience. This place is a gem. So close to everything. Very attractive complex. There are no negatives. One of the best apartments I have lived. Love the garages too.
There are SO many rules. You don't want to live here. Feels like living in a dorm. They like to leave notes on your door about every. little. thing. And they charge a fee for everything...including monthly for a washer/dryer, monthly pet fee, etc.
