My family rented here and maintenance left equipment out in a common area and she fell and had to go to the ER. Management has also always been very rude and has acted like any problems that arise, were bothersome instead of being helpful. It’s a wannabe upscale place but it’s pretty average.
Most unorganized and disrespectful staff I've ever encountered. The head lady (Elizabeth?) has no handle on her role or how to run the business. I'd never recommend anyone even taking a tour here.
After renting here for almost 3 years and giving Oakwood Management thousands of dollars of our money, plus my daughters lucrative pet business Wags of Westar also bringing clients in and helping sign lease extensions to keep her as their dog sitter, they have shown their true colors. I have lived at The Ravines in a 2BR townhome with garage for the past three years. This has been one of the best living experiences that I've ever had, and this is after owning homes for 25 years prior to moving here. * First off, it's QUIET. Even though the location is super-close to Polaris Parkway and I-71, you'd hardly know it. I was tenant #4 to move into the Ravines and in a one bedroom on the 1st floor. I had issues from day one. While most of my issues were resolved one never was. They are overpriced, falsely advertised as having stainless steel, definitely not soundproof or insulated very well and poorly designed. While I am a dog lover, they should have buildings set aside for them or only allow them on 1st floors. This is my favorite living experience ever. First off, the conscience speaks for itself- we walk to the gym, for food, and to get our groceries. It’s a beautiful complex, the apartment itself is spacious, and the staff is wonderful. We would definitely recommend The Ravines!
My wife and I lived here for a little over 6 months while our house was being built. By far this was the best apartment community I have lived in. All of the staff were responsive to issues and friendly. If we passed the maintenance crew while walking our dog Lily the staff would greet us by name and make us feel welcome. We loved the fact that community is smoke free and they actually require you to pick up after your pet. We are happy to be in our house but this was a great place to live.
