Nightmare. I have not yet recovered from damage Dr. Ravin inflicted in 2015. I have a physical therapist who saw me before and after Dr. Ravin who documented the damage he did, my increases in pain and reduced mobility. I was recovering well in physical therapy before seeing Dr. Ravin, but he said prolo could speed things up; instead, it has left me in 5 years of chronic pain far beyond what I ever felt before.
