Dr. Kurella is excellent but there are serious staffing issues. I have yet to receive a request callback from a nurse. If I call in and catch one , I can get help. Otherwise good luck.
I have had office visits and procedures. Dr. Kurella still takes time to talk to you, which is not the new normal for doctors these days. His PA is wonderful and the staff is professional and polite. The office is clean, which is important to me. I need consultation regarding new symptoms. I will be seeing this doctor again based on my previous experience. I know he will listen and run test before advising further treatment.
Horrible experience. He is not experienced enough to be working on his own.
Extremely thorough and compassionate during a really bad time with the onset of my UC. Spent a lot of one on one time with me, detailing every aspect of his treatment and medication regimen.
Dr. Kurella seemed very knowledgeable and was very nice and listened to all my concerns during my initial consult and performed the procedure I had to have done and his office staff called to check on me after and when they called to go over my results they explained everything very well. I would definitely go back to Dr. Kurella and would recommend him to anyone!
