I must say I generally do not leave reviews BUT after dealing with this office I would just advise each patient to be aware. The scheduler who schedules procedures does her own thing. Regardless to what doctor just told you not even 2 minutes before you get to her desk. The front desk ladies are ok, but I've witnessed them let the phone ring off the hook while they talk to each other. All I'm going to say is he has been my Dr for quite sometime, seems either he's to busy to notice or to busy turning a blind eye and doesn't want to deal with the real issues. I've recommended family friends and strangers who asked me who my Dr was and I gave his information, only to be told unfortunately the same problem, STAFF RUDE, OVER BOOKING, NOT RETURNING CALLS MESSAGES ETC., and I myself are now dealing with exact ISSUES, and unfortunately it's unacceptable, like all these Dr's the past 10 years, you can see the same... read more
The very best. Dr. K is great and his staff is fantastic. The OCOM staff and Nurses are also fantastic. All around a pleasant experience. Only Dr. I will go to for these procedures!!
I was deathly ill, and came to Dr. Kruella for a second opinion. After three visits, he had me figured out and on way to recovery. The staff is seriously the best! Would recommend this place to anyone!
Dr Kurella and Jeanne Roder are wonderful physicians, but the staff doesn't do them any favors. First, they don't answer the phone, you are forced to leave messages, and hope they return your call. Second, they recommend the "portal" as a preferred way to contact them. Trick is, they need to actually call you back when receiving the messages thru the portal. And...what if an older person that is not tech savvy or doesn't have internet...how the heck are they going to use the portal? I have left 2 portal messages, none of whi... read more

I would like to think that I have been in this world long enough to know when I’m getting into a bad deal, and Dr. Kurella’s office gave me that vibe from the start. Rarely got anyone to answer the phone, and messages were not returned until I stated in my last voice mail that no one was returning my calls. I've been seeing Dr. Kurella for awhile. Him & his team are amazing! They actually care about their patients and they listen plus they do not judge.. Only GASTROENTEROLOGIST I'll go to
Impersonal staff. They seem to care more about signing you up for a new test/prescription/procedure than dealing with things holistically. Very pushy. When they talk they expect you to understand and agree. If you question or think about something they take it as if you're not listening to their best advice. Have a really hard time to get calls returned. They're more worried about getting new patients than dealing with the ones they have.
