Horrible office staff. You get the feeling that all they care about is getting paid. I know they are not doing it free, but a little compassion would have been nice. I was there for 3 hours. No, not with the doctor but waiting for them to verify insurance. It is scary to be told that cancer has been found. Don't expect empathy from this office.
I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. I've been trying for 3 days to get a prescription refill. This is the third time this has happened. I haven't got a call back or anything from his nurse and I've left two messages. I've called 4 times this morning and only get transferred to different voice mails. Not a "I'm so very sorry let me check into this and find out what's going on." NOTHING!!! I will no longer be using this clinic as my Gastro Dr. and will be looking for a new one. I have been seeing this doctor and his PA for almost 10 years and they are wonderful. They are kind, compassionate and up on all of the latest treatments. I highly recommend Dr. Kurella and Jeanie!
Dr. Kruella is a good doctor. However good luck ever getting someone to answer the phone in this office. Been going here for years and they never call you back when you leave messages.
Excellent physician and staff. Thoroughly explains tests being performed and the result of each test. Takes time to listen to the patient and answers all questions. He gets to the root cause of your symptoms. Once diagnosis is determined, he very well explains what is going on and how to keep symptoms under control.
Mechanical personality. Doesn’t listen. Seems to be noncaring or has a superiority complex. Overcharges or doesn’t code procedures correctly such that out of pocket is high.

Dr.Kureela is a good doctor and his P.A. Is good to. However the front desk staf blow you off and good luck ever getting someone to answer the phone in this office. Been going here for years and they never call you back when you leave messages.
I had to get a colonoscopy done due to suspected Crohns or IBS. This was my first procedure ever and I was more than anxious about it. The staff did an excellent job at taking care of me and attempting to ease my anxiety. They were very friendly and professional.
